Upon inspection, I discovered that Matt's water heater pan had accumulated water due to a blown-out expansion tank. This issue caused the relief valve to drip continuously. I replaced the faulty expansion tank to prevent future water accumulation and ensure the water heater operates efficiently. Additionally, I installed a new temperature pressure relief valve to maintain safety and prevent further leaks. The water heater is now functioning correctly, and the risk of water damage has been significantly reduced.

Replaced Navien tankless that blew pin hole leak inside heat exchanger. Installed a new Navien tankless with built in recirculating pump.

Upon inspection, I identified a leak originating from the water meter located beneath the tankless water heater. This leak was causing water loss and potentially leading to further damage. Additionally, I discovered that the heat exchanger in the Navien tankless water heater had failed. To address these issues, I replaced the faulty heat exchanger with a new one, which was fortunately covered under the warranty provided by Navien. The replacement was carried out meticulously to ensure the system's efficiency and reliability were restored. Post-installation, I conducted thorough testing to confirm that both the leak and the heat exchanger issue were resolved, ensuring the customer's water heater operates optimally.

Called out to diagnose Navien tankless water heater not producing hot water and leaking. There is also a leak on water main piping.

Fixed leak on water softener installed backwater valve on main drainage. Replaced leaky hose Bibb.

Finishing reseal and reset toilets, install new Moen cartridges and install a Halo ion 12 calcium remover system on water main.

Finished water heater and installed new emergency shutoffs on all fixtures with new brass quarter turn.

Came back to install new kitchen faucet that was leaking down into the basement.

I gave the customer a range of solutions and they opted to replace their kitchen faucet as well as replace cartridges in the other faucets and reseal toilets and install halo ion nine on the water main.

The customer had a pinhole in the old gray pex pipe that has been outlawed. Gave the customer options and they opted to re-pipe the entire home. Progress from day two of our mobile home re-pipe in Barnegat.

Performing a whole foam re-pipe of all the domestic water pipe in the home it is the old outlawed gray plastic piping replacing with all new uponor pex A piping.
